Who can buy credit packs?
Sign in to your FablePhase account to see credit packs and prices in Plans. No subscription is required. Your email must be verified before checkout. Each purchase is one-time and does not start automatic refills. Credits are added after payment is verified.
How long are purchased credits valid?
Each purchase is valid for 90 days from its own payment date. Unused extra credits do not reset monthly; they expire after 90 days. Buying another pack does not extend the expiry date of earlier purchases.
Which credits are used first?
Available credits with the nearest expiry date are used first. When expiry dates match, credits added earlier are used first. There is no fixed rule that always spends subscription credits or extra credits before the other category.
How many credits does a generation use?
The required credits depend on the selected model and supported settings. Duration, resolution and references may affect the amount. Check the credit amount in the panel before generating. A credit pack does not guarantee a fixed number of videos or images.
Does buying credits change my subscription?
Buying extra credits does not change your subscription, its price or its monthly credit allocation. No subscription is required to use purchased credits. A pack purchase does not start or restart time-limited generation discounts or unlock an annual subscription’s credit-free generation. Subscription credits keep their own monthly rules.
