1. Scope and service provider
Fable Phase is the service name for AI image, video and advertising creation and management. These rules apply to site use and the account and production services offered in the relevant transaction. A showcase does not itself grant access, establish a purchase or promise immediate availability.
Brand and service name: Fable Phase. Contact and request address: Esentepe Mah. Dede Korkut Sok. Ferrigo Şişli / İstanbul. Contact: support@fablephase.com; billing inquiries: billing@fablephase.com.
Service provider and data controller: FA PH. Fable Phase is the brand and service name used by this individual; it is not presented as a separate legal entity or registered company name.
2. Accounts and security
Paid services require legal capacity or valid authority from a legal representative. Keep contact information accurate, use your own account and protect your credentials. Do not use another person’s payment details or identity without permission.
Account sharing, artificial account multiplication, bypassing security/rate controls, exploit abuse and unauthorized access are prohibited. Report suspicious activity promptly. A substantiated security or abuse risk may justify proportionate verification, temporary restrictions or session termination, with a support and review path.
3. Production requests
Review references, permissions, settings and the displayed credit amount before submitting. Each deliberate new GENERATE action is a separate order unless stated otherwise. A technical retry of the same uncertain request must not duplicate an order. Regenerating content may use new credits.
Jobs may run concurrently or queue according to the disclosed plan. Supported file, duration, resolution and model limits apply. Completion time and a successful output are not guaranteed before completion. An uncertain provider or payment outcome must be reconciled rather than treated as a confirmed charge or refund.
4. Credits
Credits are entitlements to specified Fable Phase services, not money, deposits or investments. The credit price shown before submission applies. Duration, quality and reference choices can change that price. Provider prices and credits are not Fable Phase credits.
Extra credit packs sold under this version are valid for 90 days from verified payment. Any unused amount expires from the spendable balance when those 90 days end; it does not reset monthly. Each purchase has its own expiry. This change does not retroactively shorten a previously purchased pack’s recorded validity. Expiry does not delete the account or payment/transaction history.
Subscription grant dates and rollover conditions are stated before purchase. Annual upfront billing can grant credits monthly when the offer says so. Later changes do not increase the price of an already submitted order.
When the server accepts your GENERATE request, its disclosed credit amount is reserved from your spendable balance. A technical retry of the same request must not deduct credits twice. An uncertain job or provider charge remains under review; a failure status alone does not mean a refund is complete.
Except for accepted jobs that you voluntarily cancel, a failed job’s reserved amount is released when reliable transaction evidence verifies no charge or a full provider refund. A release does not automatically extend the original credit source’s expiry; expired amounts are not shown as spendable. Mandatory consumer, defective-service and refund rights apply independently of this technical reconciliation rule.
If you voluntarily cancel a generation after the server accepts it, that job’s credit price is not restored even if the provider has not charged yet. A cancellation request does not guarantee that processing already underway will stop; its outcome appears on screen. Requests rejected before acceptance and abandoned repeat warnings spend no credits. Every intentional new generation is a separate job; resending the same request after a connection problem does not create another charge. This rule does not remove mandatory statutory rights.
5. Subscriptions and gifts
Monthly/yearly subscriptions, single-period purchases and credit packs are distinct. Total charge, currency, taxes, renewal status, cancellation route and included benefits must be disclosed before payment. A non-renewing purchase cannot silently become a subscription.
Turning renewal off normally prevents the next charge; current-period rights and refunds follow the purchase terms and applicable law. Statutory cancellation rights cannot be removed by interface limitations. Gifts are linked to the verified recipient address; incorrect addresses, redeemed gifts and overlapping periods require review.
6. Pricing, plan and campaign changes
For legitimate cost, capacity, security, provider or product reasons, Fable Phase may change future-sale prices, credit tariffs, models, plans and campaigns, or end promotions not yet earned. Permanent discounts or repeated offers are not promised.
Essential benefits already purchased for a paid period are not arbitrarily reduced retroactively. Renewal prices and material scope changes require advance notice and, where required, additional agreement, with an opportunity to decline renewal or cancel. Mandatory safety or legal changes remain subject to disclosure and applicable remedies.
7. Unlimited and fair use
Unlimited means no per-output customer credit deduction for the specific models, modes, quality and period disclosed in the offer. It does not mean all models, unlimited concurrency, instant priority, API access, unlimited storage or unlimited video duration. Scope, start/end dates and queue/concurrency conditions must be visible before purchase.
Disclosed concurrency controls, queues, temporary rate reductions and security measures can preserve fair availability. Substantiated bot exploitation, account sharing, limit evasion or unauthorized resale can lead to proportionate temporary restrictions and review. Reasons and a resolution path should be supplied where possible.
A hidden daily/monthly output quota cannot be added to a benefit sold as unlimited. A fixed-output offer should not be marketed as unlimited. Unavailable credit-free rights must not silently fall back to paid credits without the user choosing and seeing the charge. Purchased-period changes remain subject to section 6 and consumer rights.
7.1. Credit-free generation in annual plans
In this campaign, credit-free generation means no per-generation credit deduction within the total video allowance and period stated below; it does not provide an unlimited number of videos. Annual Ultra includes 14 videos in the first 30 days; annual Exclusive includes 28 videos in the first 60 days. The first 2 videos count toward these totals.
The entitlement is granted once with the first eligible annual purchase. Monthly plans are excluded; renewal or a tier change does not restart the period. The applicable start, end and remaining allowance appear in the account’s generation panel.
The scope is Seedance 2.5 text-to-video at 720p, up to 30 seconds per video. Only duration, aspect ratio, audio and bitrate settings supported in the generation panel are available; reference, editing and extension modes are excluded.
The first 2 videos enter the normal generation queue. Further slots unlock about every 2.14 days; unused slots accumulate within the campaign period. Actual start depends on the queue and capacity; submitting a request does not mean processing starts immediately.
Only 1 generation in this mode can run at a time; another cannot start before the previous generation finishes. Credit-funded generation remains subject to separate account and plan limits.
To use the entitlement, you must turn on Credit-free generation in the generation panel. While it is off, the normal credit price shown beforehand applies. An unavailable entitlement or unsupported settings never switch the request to paid generation automatically; you must turn the option off yourself and submit a new request after seeing its credit price.
8. Inputs and prohibited use
You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and use images, audio, videos, brands and products. Respect privacy, personality and data-protection rights when depicting real people. Unauthorized impersonation, deceptive representation, unlawful surveillance, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, harassment, fraud and illegal content are prohibited.
A rights complaint may justify proportionate restriction, review or removal. Only information necessary to substantiate the complaint should be requested. Private files may be reviewed only within lawful authority and the necessary scope.
9. Content rights and sharing
You retain your input rights. The service receives only the processing permission needed to deliver, store, transmit and secure your requested service and meet legal duties. This is not separate permission for advertising, training or community publication.
Output rights depend on the relevant model terms, your input rights and applicable law. Exclusivity or copyright protection of an AI output is not guaranteed. Review third-party rights, product claims and required advertising/AI disclosures before commercial use.
If you publish an output and separately share its prompt, others may view, copy and use them in permitted recreation. Private reference files are not automatically published. Removing a post does not guarantee recall of copies already obtained by others.
10. Results and files
AI results vary. Reusing a prompt or reference does not guarantee an identical face, motion, text, product detail or scene. Provider availability, moderation and technical limits can affect results. Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial or other critical decisions.
Retention, download periods and storage capacity follow the terms disclosed for that service. Permanent archiving is not promised; download important files. Deletion requests must distinguish limited legal/dispute records and disclosed backup deletion schedules.
11. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Card details are handled on the payment provider’s page; Fable Phase does not ask for card numbers or CVV in its own form. Substantiated payment risk may temporarily hold unused benefits linked to that payment. Unrelated verified rights are not automatically revoked. A dispute alone is not a final fraud finding.
Withdrawal, termination, defective-service and refund rights follow applicable consumer law. If an exception for immediate digital delivery or commencement applies, the necessary separate pre-transaction disclosure and agreement must be obtained. Accepting these general terms is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights. Mandatory rights cannot be removed by a no-refunds clause.
Applicable provider and bank refund processing times are explained. Reviews and credit holds are limited to what is necessary and can be challenged through support.
12. Availability and liability
Maintenance, outages, provider changes, capacity and security incidents may affect availability. Reasonable continuity measures do not guarantee uninterrupted access, fixed delivery times, advertising performance or income. Material incidents should include appropriate status and remedy information.
Liability for unlawful inputs or misuse follows applicable law. These terms do not exclude Fable Phase’s intentional misconduct, gross negligence, data-protection duties, defective-service obligations or other non-excludable liability. They provide no absolute legal immunity.
13. Notices, disputes and versions
Service and contract notices use verified account email, account displays or other legally appropriate durable media. Marketing permission is separate from service notices and terms acceptance.
Contact support@fablephase.com. Mandatory consumer tribunal, court and other statutory complaint rights remain available. No forum clause removes mandatory local protection. Invalidity of one clause does not automatically invalidate the rest.
The accepted document version, server acceptance time and presented notice version are recorded. This is not marketing consent or advance acceptance of all future amendments. Material changes receive a new version; earlier text remains unchanged.
14. Personal information and separate choices
The Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice explain data use. Terms acceptance, acknowledgement of the notice, optional analytics and any marketing permission are separate. Contract acceptance is not blanket processing or international-transfer consent.
You must have the necessary authority and legal basis for third-party information, images and voices in uploaded content. This does not remove Fable Phase’s own statutory security and privacy duties. Specific rights reports are assessed and may result in necessary, proportionate measures.
External services require a separately established lawful transfer mechanism. These Terms do not replace missing transfer agreements or required controller-identity disclosures and do not waive mandatory rights.
